I had a fantastic sports massage with Alanas at my home and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment he arrived, Alanas was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. He carried out a very thorough assessment before getting started, carefully listening to my concerns and identifying specific areas that needed attention.

Throughout the session, Alanas was excellent at explaining exactly what he was doing and why, which really helped me to understand my body better. His knowledge and expertise were clear from the outset, and he tailored the massage perfectly to target the areas that needed it most.

I feel looser, lighter, and much more comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking another session very soon. Highly recommend!

I decided to see Alanas after my pregnancy, due to a few issues in my lower back and hip. So far I am 3 sessions in, and will have a few more to keep working on the painful and stiff areas, but otherwise, I feel great already! I have limited mobility due to having suffered a stroke about 7 years ago. This causes me to have constant tightness and and pain in my arm, back and leg due to effects of the stroke.
